Accident Overview
On September 24, 2015, a Bell 407GX helicopter, registration TG-PDF, was involved in a non-fatal accident in Guatemala. The Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) of Guatemala notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of the occurrence. In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC with the investigation.
