What happened
On November 22, 2015, at approximately 0302 UTC, a Bell 206 helicopter, bearing registration B31127, crashed into terrain approximately 7 nautical miles southwest of Taipei Songshan Airport in Taiwan. The aircraft, which was operated by Emerald Pacific Airlines, was destroyed upon impact. The crash resulted in 2 fatal injuries to the crew members on board.
