Incident Overview
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) was notified of an incident involving a Boeing B777-333 aircraft, bearing registration C-FRAM, that occurred while the aircraft was en route from Shanghai, China to Toronto, Canada. The flight was subsequently diverted to Calgary, Canada.
Investigation
The incident is under investigation by the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada. As the state of manufacture of the aircraft, the United States has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative from the NTSB to assist the TSB investigation in accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
