What happened
During the night of June 30 to July 1, 2015, while performing scheduled technical maintenance on an Airbus A320-232 operated by Small Planet Airlines, maintenance personnel discovered a cracked bolt. The defect was located within wheel assembly s/n 32324/23756. Following the discovery, the affected wheel was replaced.
The incident occurred at Warsaw Chopin Airport (EPKK).
