Incident Overview
On January 1, 2016, at 1624 local time, a Piper PA-34 twin-engine aircraft, registered as 9M-RBI, was substantially damaged when it landed at Seletar Airport in Singapore with the landing gear retracted. The aircraft was operated by a private operator under the civil regulations of the Government of Singapore.
Occupant and Damage
The pilot, who was the sole person on board, was not injured. The aircraft sustained substantial damage as a result of the landing gear-up landing.
