Accident Overview
On January 7, 2016, about 1900 coordinated universal time, a Cessna T188C, Brazilian registration PR-INS, operated by Blitz Comercio e Representacoes Ltda, was destroyed when it impacted terrain. The aircraft was engaged in spraying insecticides on a sugar cane plantation in Bom Jesus de Goias Municipality, State of Goias, Brazil.
