Accident Details
On January 22, 2016, at 1807 universal coordinate time, a Diamond DA42 aircraft, Swedish registration SE-LVR, operated by Airways Flygutbildning, collided with terrain in Vasteras, Sweden. The accident occurred during a local instructional flight that had departed from Vasteras.
Occupants and Injuries
The flight instructor, the pilot receiving instruction, and one passenger were seriously injured. The airplane was destroyed.
