Incident Notification
Peru's Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes de Aviación (CIAA) has notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Boeing 737-300 that occurred on February 10, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAA investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the State of Design and Manufacture of the airplane.
Investigation
The CIAA is leading the investigation into the incident. All investigative information will be released by the CIAA. Further details regarding the nature of the incident, including location, crew, passengers, injuries, or damage, have not been disclosed in the initial notification.
