What happened
Following the event, the Bahamas Department of Civil Aviation's Air Accident Investigation & Prevention Unit (AAIPU) notified the NTSB of the incident. Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIPU investigation in its capacity as the State of the Operator. There were no injuries reported.
