On June 23, 2016, an incident occurred involving a Beech 65A90, registration OO-SAD, in Hannover, Germany. The German Federal Bureau of Aircraft Accident Investigation (BFU) notified the NTSB of the event.
As the state responsible for the manufacturer and design of the aircraft, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the BFU investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
