Accident Details
On July 15, 2016, at approximately 0520 Coordinated Universal Time, a De Havilland DHC-2 Mk I aircraft equipped with floats and registered as C-GWDW impacted terrain. The accident occurred roughly 15 nautical miles east-southeast of Telegraph Creek, British Columbia, Canada. The flight was conducted under visual flight rules from Telegraph Creek Water Aerodrome to Mowdade Lake, British Columbia.
