What happened
On August 7, 2016, at approximately 1030 UTC, a Robinson R6 6 with registration RA-06347 was operating a pleasure flight under Russian flight regulations. While flying near Borki village in the Ramogn region of Voronezhskaya oblast, Russia, the aircraft struck electrical transmission lines.
The impact resulted in substantial damage to the helicopter. There were 5 serious injuries among the pilot and four passengers; there were no fatalities.
