Incident Details
On August 12, 2016, at approximately 1500 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Bell 206-L3 helicopter with Guatemalan registration TG-CHB crashed near Sayaxche, Guatemala. The helicopter was operated under an unknown operator. At the time of the accident, the pilot sustained serious injuries, one passenger received minor injuries, and two other passengers were uninjured.
