The Kenya Air Accident Investigation Division (AAID) reported an incident involving a Cessna 152, registration 5Y-GSM, which took place on September 15, 2016, in Malindi, Kenya.
As the State of Manufacturer and Design for both the airplane and the engine, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the AAID investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. There were no injuries reported in relation to this event.
