What happened
On October 10, 2016, at approximately 1427 UTC, a Cessna 207A, registered as OB-1936-P, crashed into mountains near Santa Cruz, Cajamarca, Peru. The aircraft, operated by Air Majoro, was performing a flight from Captain Carlos Martinez de Pinillos Airport (SPRU) in Trujillo, Peru, to Captain David Abensur Rengifo International Airport (SPCL) in Pucallpa, Peru.
The accident resulted in 3 fatal injuries, involving the pilot and two passengers. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact with the terrain.
