Notification
The government of South Africa has formally notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a PIPER PA28 airplane. The accident occurred on October 13, 2016.
Investigation Arrangements
In response, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative. This representative will assist the government of South Africa in its investigation, in accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
