Icelandic Transportation Safety Board Notifies NTSB of Serious Boeing 757 Incident

Incident Notification and Investigation Authority On October 19, 2016, a serious incident occurred involving a Boeing 757 aircraft. The Icelandic Transportation Safety Board (ITSB) formally notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of the event. ## U.S. Accredited Representative In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Iceland in its investigation of the incident. ## Information Release All investigative information related to the incident will be released by the government of Iceland.
