The Icelandic Transportation Safety Board notified the NTSB of a serious incident involving a Boeing 757, registration TF-ISR, which took place on October 19, 2016, in Keflavik, Iceland.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the government of Iceland. There were no fatalities or injuries reported in connection with this event.
