What happened
On October 25, 2016, at approximately 12:50 UTC, an Embraer 711C, registered as PT-NQS, crashed near Espumoso Airport (SSEZ) in Espumoso, Brazil. The aircraft, which was operated by a private individual, impacted the ground during the early stages of flight shortly after departing from the airport. The accident resulted in 2 fatal injuries for the pilot and the passenger.
At the time of the accident, weather conditions were reported as Visual Meteorological Conditions (VMC) with winds from 050 degrees at 18 knots.
