Accident Details
A helicopter was involved in an accident during takeoff from a trailer. The pilot reported that as the helicopter began its takeoff, the tie-down remained attached to the left skid. This resulted in a dynamic rollover, where the helicopter rolled off the trailer to the left and subsequently impacted the ground.
Damage
The helicopter sustained substantial damage to the fuselage, tailboom, and firewall as a result of the accident.
