Incident Overview
A pilot reported that during the approach, the airplane was "a little high and a little fast," resulting in a landing farther down the snow- and ice-covered runway than anticipated. After touchdown, the pilot applied brakes but found that the airplane was not decelerating quickly enough. Determining that insufficient runway remained for a go-around, the pilot continued and attempted to control the airplane as best possible until it struck a snow berm at the end of the runway. The impact caused the airplane to nose over.

The airplane sustained substantial damage to the windshield.
