Accident Details
The helicopter, a Bell 429 model bearing Slovak registration OM-BYM, was involved in an accident. The accident occurred on May 10, 2017, at approximately 1430 local time. The accident took place shortly after takeoff, near the city of Presov in Slovakia. At the time of the accident, the helicopter had four occupants. The injuries sustained by the occupants were reported as fatal for two individuals and serious for the other two individuals.
