Peru Notifies NTSB of 2017 Boeing 737 Incident

Incident Notification and International Cooperation The Comision de Investigacion de Accidentes de Aviacion of Peru informed the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) about an incident involving a Boeing 737 aircraft that occurred on June 6, 2017. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation led by the government of Peru. ## Information Release All investigative information related to the incident is expected to be released by the government of Peru, which retains primary responsibility for the investigation and its findings.
