The NTSB has appointed a representative to assist Peruvian authorities in an investigation regarding a Boeing 737 incident.
The Comision de Investigacion de Accidentes de Aviacion of Peru notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737, registration OB-2135-P, which took place on June 06, 2017, in Cusco, Peru.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation conducted by the Peruvian government. There were no injuries reported in relation to this event.
