Accident Overview
On July 3, 2017, at about 1500 universal time coordinated, a Cessna 210M, Brazilian registration PR-MFR, was destroyed when it impacted terrain near Canta Municipality, State of Roraima, Brazil. The pilot and three passengers sustained fatal injuries, and one passenger was seriously injured.
Investigation
The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Brazilian government. Further information can be obtained from the Centro de Investigacao e Prevencao de Acidentes Aeronauticos (CENIPA). The investigation is being conducted by the appropriate Brazilian authorities.
