On November 20, 2017, an incident involving a Boeing 737, registration OB-2140P, took place in Jauja, Peru. The Peruvian Board of Aviation Accidents Investigation (CIAA) notified the NTSB of the event.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the investigation in its capacity as the State of Manufacture and Design of the aircraft. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
