The government of Brazil notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737, registration PR-GXQ, which took place on November 22, 2017, in Foz do Iguacu County, Brazil.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Brazilian authorities. All official investigative findings and information are to be released by CENIPA.
