NTSB Appoints Representative for 2017 Boeing 757 Accident in Colombia

Notification and Appointment of Representative The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) informed the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Boeing 757 that occurred on November 28, 2017. In response, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist in the investigation. This appointment was made under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the United States is the state of manufacture, design, and registry of the aircraft. ## Information Release The CAA stated that all investigative information related to the accident would be released by the Colombian authority.
