What happened
Kazakhstan's Aviation Accident Investigation Department notified the NTSB of the event. As the State of Manufacture and Design for the aircraft, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist in the investigation under ICAO Annex 13 protocols. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
