Incident Overview

On January 10, 2018, at 1132 local time, a Gulfstream 200 business jet, registration RP-C280, sustained substantial damage while landing at Legazpi City Airport in Albay, Philippines. The aircraft was owned by Asian Aerospace Corporation and operated under Philippine civil aviation regulations.

Occupants and Damage

The airplane was carrying two flight crew members and six passengers. None of the eight occupants were injured. However, the aircraft itself was substantially damaged.

Landing and Runway Excursion
