What happened
On February 28, 2018, at approximately 0845 UTC, a Cessna 182P, registration N609PC, experienced an in-flight engine failure while en route from Le Touquet Cote D'Opale Airport (LFAT) to Lognes Emerainvill Airport (LFPL). Following the loss of engine power, the aircraft performed a forced landing near Abbeville, France.
There were no injuries to the pilot or the passenger. The aircraft sustained minor damage during the landing.
