On April 05, 2018, a Bell 47G helicopter, registration FGGLB, was involved in an accident in Libourne, France. The accident resulted in 2 fatal injuries.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the government of France notified the NTSB of the occurrence. The NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the French authorities with the investigation. All investigative details are being managed and released by the government of France.
