The government of Brazil notified the NTSB of a serious incident involving an Embraer EMB110 that took place on April 09, 2018, in Brasilia City, Brazil. The aircraft involved was registered as PR-GTN and operated by Gol Linhas Aereas SA.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Brazilian authorities (CENIPA). There were no injuries reported in relation to this event.
