What happened
Following the event, the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada notified the NTSB of the incident. Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the ongoing investigation led by the TSB. There were no injuries reported in relation to this event.
