On April 14, 2018, an incident occurred involving an Airbus A320, registration C-FTJR, in Orlando, Florida. The aircraft was operated by Air Canada.
Following the event, the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada notified the NTSB of the incident. Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the ongoing investigation led by the TSB. There were no injuries reported in relation to this event.
