The government of Peru notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737 500, registration N240AT, which took place on April 18, 2018, in Cuzco, Peru.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Peruvian government. There were no injuries reported in relation to this event. All investigative details are to be released by the government of Peru.
