The NTSB has appointed a representative to assist the Australian Transport Safety Bureau in an investigation of a Boeing 737 incident.
The Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737, registration VH-XZM, which took place on April 28, 2018, in Perth, Australia.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Australian authorities. All investigative details are to be released by the ATSB.
