Incident Notification
The Air Accident Investigation Department (AAID) of the Ministry of Tourism, Aviation & Bahamasair notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Boeing 737-300 airplane that occurred on July 3, 2018.
International Assistance
In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of the Bahamas in the investigation of this incident.
