Accident Details
On July 7, 2018, at 1640 coordinated universal time, a Robinson R22 Raven 1 helicopter, registered as OM-TTM, impacted powerlines during takeoff. The incident occurred near Kanaš, Slovak Republic. The helicopter was destroyed in the accident. The pilot sustained fatal injuries. At the time of the accident, the flight was originating.
