The government of Chile notified the NTSB of an accident involving a PIPER PA28R, registration CC-PVR, which took place on July 14, 2018. The accident resulted in 2 fatal and 2 serious injuries.
What happened
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the government of Chile. All investigative details are being managed and released by Chilean authorities.
