Accident Overview
On September 5, 2018, at 1533 Coordinated Universal Time, a Robinson R44 helicopter registered as I-CCNI impacted terrain while maneuvering at low altitude near Plzen-Skvmany, Czech Republic. The pilot and three passengers aboard the helicopter sustained fatal injuries.
