NTSB Assists Guyana in 2018 Bell 206 Helicopter Accident Investigation

Overview of the Accident Notification The government of Guyana notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Bell 206 helicopter. The incident occurred on September 10, 2018. ## NTSB Role and International Cooperation Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Guyana with its investigation.
