Incident Overview
On September 22, 2018, at approximately 1615 UTC, a Cirrus Design Corporation SF50 VisionJet, registration N474CG, experienced an electrical fire in the air conditioning unit during the landing phase at Zurich-Kloten Airport (LSZH), Zurich, Switzerland. The aircraft was owned by Southern Aircraft Consultancy Incorporated Trustee and operated by I-FLY AG, c/o Aximos Treuhand AG.

The flight was a foreign, non-scheduled cross-country operation that originated at Mainz-Finthen Airport (EDFZ), Germany. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the incident.
Occupants and Damage
On board were two pilots and three passengers. No injuries were reported. The airplane sustained minor damage as a result of the electrical fire.
