On November 22, 2018, a Eurocopter EC120 helicopter was involved in an accident in La Romana, Dominican Republic. The accident resulted in 5 fatal injuries.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the government of the Dominican Republic notified the NTSB of the event. A U.S. Accredited Representative was appointed to assist the Dominican Republic's investigation. All investigative information regarding the aircraft, registration N124ML, is to be released by the government of the Dominican Republic.
