On November 23, 2018, about 0530 coordinated universal time, a Cessna U206C airplane, registration Z-BRS, was destroyed when it impacted terrain near Chemajenjera Hill, Zimbabwe. The pilot and four passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of Zimbabwe.

Investigation

The Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) is investigating the accident. As the state of manufacture of the airplane and engine, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has designated a US accredited representative to assist the CAAZ in its investigation.
