Accident Details
On November 28, 2018, at approximately 0850 coordinated universal time, a Bell Helicopter 407 GX, registration PK-JPB, performed a precautionary landing near West Bangkala, Indonesia. The maneuver followed the illumination of the engine chip detector caution light. The helicopter sustained substantial damage, but there were no injuries to the pilot or passenger.
