The government of Brazil notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 737, registration YV-2937, which took place on November 28, 2018, in Manaus, Brazil. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in the notification.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Brazilian government's investigation. All investigative details will be released by the Brazilian authorities.
