On February 11, 2019, a Bell 206 helicopter, registration PT-HPG, was involved in an accident in Barueri County, Brazil. The accident resulted in 3 fatal injuries.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the government of Brazil notified the NTSB of the occurrence. The NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Brazilian authorities with the investigation. All investigative details are being managed and released by the government of Brazil.
