The government of Norway notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Robinson R44 helicopter near Stavnes, Norway, on March 23, 2019. The aircraft involved was registered as LN-OGF.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Norwegian government. The accident resulted in one serious injury and one minor injury, with no fatalities reported.
