The government of Colombia notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Bell 206 helicopter, registration HK3321, which took place in Sabanalarga, Colombia, on April 30, 2019.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Colombian authorities with their investigation. There were no fatalities or injuries reported in the notification, and all investigative details are to be released by the Colombian government.
