The government of Canada notified the NTSB of an accident involving a PIPER PA12, registration C-FYDN, which took place on May 29, 2019. The accident resulted in 2 fatalities.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the ongoing investigation conducted by the government of Canada. All investigative details are to be released by Canadian authorities.
