What happened
Following the event, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) of India notified the NTSB of the incident. Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the AAIB's investigation in its capacity as the State of Manufacturer.
