What happened
On August 24, 2019, an incident involving a Boeing 777, registration G-STBB, took place at Shannon, Ireland. The UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) notified the NTSB of the event.
The investigation
As the State of Manufacture, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the UK AAIB, in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. All investigative findings will be released by the UK AAIB.
